Q: I did not receive the auto-reply email.

A: Please check whether the email (@e-learning.co.jp) is in your spam folder. If the email is not in your spam folder, then please enter your “user name” or “email address” on the following page under “Resend an email for registration”, to resend your email.

Q: Can I choose other payment methods besides PayPal?

A: No. We are sorry that we cannot accept any other payment methods. We think PayPal is the most suitable payment method for this type of online learning courses. 

Q: Can I get a receipt?

A: No. We are sorry that we do not issue receipts for fee payments. The fee that is paid through PayPal is charged to your credit card. Please use the credit card statement issued by the credit card company as proof of payment.
